I’ve been to them a couple times, and to me, Mark, and the crew, are extremely professional. Mark explains any, and everything in detail also. They always got me in as soon as possible by appointment. Sure if it was an emergency, they would do what they could for you. Just very professional, and timely with the work done. Highly recommend. They took care of my lowered Charger RT.

They charged over $600 to do a alignment and then wouldn't stand behind the work that they did. When my sister's truck shot to the right and she had to fight it all the way home she was told that it's supposed to do that. We took it to a mechanic in Worthington and he fixed it and it's working a whole lot better now. I recommend avoiding this place. They overcharged for parts and for labor. And the biggest reason is they won't stand behind the work they do!!

Fantastic customer service! I was on a sales call and when I got back to my car, it wouldn't start. I'm from Sioux City so I was freaking out. I also had an important meeting I was heading to in town. I called Langstraat with my situation and the owner came to check out my car. He realized my starter was probably out and he literally drove me to my important meeting so I could make it in time. He then had his wife come pick me up from my meeting and bring me back to the shop where they were already working on my car. He personally towed it back to his business while I was in the meeting which is awesome. I highly recommend using this company.
