Called to fix a prescription pick up and the lady was awfully rude they ran my insurance there at dillons even before I picked it up and I wasn’t able to use my insurance at the correct location since they already ran it

I picked up two prescriptions for my husband today. My husband did not currently have insurance. The pharmacy clerk, Sharon, told me about a discount they offer called Blink. She applied the discount for me and saved me $30. Awesome pharmacy clerk and service. Thank you!!!

We have switch to Dillon's pharmacy a couple of years ago when our Pharmacy that we were using close down. But it changed to us the ladies at the service counter that wait on you tend to be very rude to us I guess because we are an elderly couple and have to ask how many questions. Also if you call them on the telephone to check on a prescription or to ask more questions they intend to get even more router.. Has anybody else noticed this or is it just us

Horrible customer service. I came through the drive through and was told they would have to resubmit my claim through insurance and would need to come back in 30 minutes. I do this and then they tell me they dont even have the medication on hand. Why would you submit it prior? Why not tell me the first time I was here and not have me wait an hour to find out?

Came here over thirty min after my prescription get dropped off then go through the drive-through then they instruct me to pull around to the bak of line and tell me then it will be done this is my third trip to the bak of the line this Dillons is so inconsiderate to customers needs and time !!!

Keep making mistakes on my prescriptions and I end up running out because their system is broken. This has happened 5 times in one month now with both myself and my kids' medications.
