There was a medical emergency and the staff handled it well. One really nice employee took really good care of the little girl while EMS took care of her family member.

I have decided this is a training store. If it's not they need to figure out why they are unable to retain staff. Everytime we come here they are training new people and the service is never very good. I only keep coming here b/c my daughter loves their mint chocolate chip ice cream.

Ice cream was good as always. Teenagers behind the counter didn't understand the job. We asked for regular ice cream with added butterfinger and 1 with added heath. Got recees instead and the other was wrong and handed to the wrong person. The lil gal making my banana slpit, took her time and did it wonderfully. The other girls wouldn't pay attention to the orders and was highly rude to us during our visit.

Those burgers are delicious they have the pineapple on them over there just wonderful. Whatever came up with that idea deserves a raise!

My first ever job, when I was 16, was at a DQ, which is pretty close to Braum's, operationally. I'm telling you this so you understand that I probably have higher expectations than some. The overall impression was "ugh." The tables were dirty, the floor was sticky, the ice cream prep area was filthy like nobody clans up as they go, and service was really slow. It's a hard time to find staff, but there were at least 4 people behind the counter, another at the drive-through, 2 in the kitchen and one restocking ice cream and toppings. There were only about 10 customers inside so there was plenty of coverage to clean and serve.

The ice cream was great. The staff was kind of lost I had to tell the cashier many times what I wanted and that I didn't want the meal. He still tried to charge me for the meal then someone else had to come change it. Side note, I know that there are a lot of homeless people that are around there but my son had gone out to give a guy a couple dollars. That same guy came in to say thank you and the staff tried to make a big deal out of it and asked "if he was bothering us". They were not causing any problems or being disrespectful. It was a very hot and humid day and all they wanted was some water.

Saturday we ate lunch at Braum's Hamburger and buns we're great but the lettuce was bitter I ate the meat and buns and cheese. The Sunday was very good. Thanks for being much,much better.

We went to get some ice cream. My husband asked for a sample so the 1st gal went and got him a spoon and opened it and gave him his sample. He asked for a different sample of a new flavor and a different gal said can I have your spoon so I don't have to open another one? I intervened and said absolutely not. That is not acceptable. She did get a new spoon. This is disgusting Braums. Do better!

This location used to be my #1 favorite location in all of Wichita but it’s now my least favorite location. I don’t know what is going on with the night shift but I really hope there is some improvements. They never ever get my order correct it’s rang in correctly just never made correctly. I went there tonight really craving burgers and well when I got home I open up my mildly warm, dry burger with no pickles or ketchup just mayo. I hope in the future when I go I get the amazing service Ive once received

My boyfriend and I went there and got 3 meals, one for him, one for me and one for our grandma. We pulled up to the second window and asked her if we could upsize our meals, she said "no, not at this window". So we pulled up to the parking spot to wait and I ran in to ask her again if we could get it upsized. I was standing at the counter inside and the same girl named "Shawna" was in there with another employee talking bad about us trying to upsize. They were both laughing and talking about us disrespectfully. I don't appreciate that, employees should not talk bad about the customer.
