My doctor will call in prescriptions and I will try to pick them up 3-4 HOURS later. Everytime they tell me it's not ready yet. I could understand if it was an antibiotic or a topical because most of the time they are not needed right away. But these are pain pills!!!! Why are my pain pills not ready 3-4 hours after they've been turned in!!!!!! If you are one of those pharmacists and your reading this look it up. I even give you concent to call my phone number so I can give you times and dates! I'm going to Walgreens from now on maybe Walmart but definitely not Dillons at West and central!!!

The blonde pharmacist is rude. For a dillions that has half the size of a pharmacy section than normal you would think the people behind the counter should be able to help you out better.

My prescriptions were never filled in a timely manner and twice I was given the wrong date for my refills. The staff were either indifferent and somewhat rude about my complaints of this occurring more than once.
