Wonderful people, wonderful place to do business. i got a Vintage Pioneer SX1280 from the used department for only $200 bucks back in 2002, and it's still one of the best receivers ever made, worth around $4000 today. I have had many experiences at Barney Miller's ...all positive.

I'm a past customer of Barney Miller's, from buying equipment to using their service department. I am moving to a brand new home and need to mount a 65" 4K Sony Bravia tv on a stone fire place and I would like to have it done professionally so I don't have worry about it falling off. I was told by Chris at the store that because I didn't "spend enough money with them they weren't interested" in my business. Don't waste your time with this group. This is not the Barney Miller's I remember. Sad.

My husband and I have an older Pioneer System we purchased 25 years ago from Barney Miller's. We have had issues connecting through surround-sound. My husband called and talked to a gentleman named Robert. He spent an hour brainstorming and walking my husband on how to connect. He was great, extremely patient and respectful. The issue was not resolved because the channels ended up being bad however he did all he could. Robert gave 100% customer satisfaction. We will be returning customers. Trevor and Mike finished installing a new TV in my office, and successfully hid unsightly cords. The entire experience from start to finish was top-notch. From Doug diagnosing my issues and proposing a solution to the installation, a very smooth and seamless process. This is the second time I've turned to Barney Miller's for a solution, and Terry was great when he helped me install the new sound bar in the living room. Can't wait for our next upgrade!

I haven’t been to Barney Miller’s in years but I worked there in early 1980s and want to share a little insight. Barney Miller Jr was still young than and unfortunately I didn’t get to know him very well but his father Harry I did know. Harry was a little rough around the edges but was always very kind to me. Harry’s wife Jo Ann I think was one of the kindest person I have ever met. I would not hesitate buy anything from this store. This family has been kind and honest with me. Just my option go visit your self and see for yourself.

We recently purchased a home and chose Barney Miller's for all of our home automation needs. Their customer service team is phenomenal and second to none. Tim was our sales rep and he's wonderful. Tim is always responsive and timely in answering our questions and since the installation, is very responsive with the follow-up questions we've encountered. Everyone from the owner, to the sales staff, the installers, to their service techs are extremely professional and courteous and easy to have in your home. They do a nice job too of clean up, which I appreciated. After working with Barney Miller's, they are the only home automation company I would consider doing business with and will definitely use them for our future needs. They can do as little as adding a pair of speakers to your home or doing a complete automated home. Their customer service team is phenomenal and second to none. Barney Miller's is top notch. I have been a customer for 10 years and purchased many different components for my home and business. Barney Miller's has always exceeded my expectations.
