I started service with this company 2 days ago. I have all kinds of issues with my phone and metro PCS has a exchange promise. But this location refuse to honor. I don't want to end service I just want a phone that works properly. The solution manager and owner offered was a refurbished phone (someone else's issue). I bought phone on 3/22/21 and started having trouble that day. Tried to exchange phone and was told I am stuck with this issue even though it was an issue almost soon as I started using phone. I wouldn't recommend going to this store they will rip you off.

Not nice posting new review,tried to buy a phone the guy wanted to over charge me for it.I left and got the same phone cheaper at another metro location,the woman wanted to charge me less but the guy there kept adding fake fees on so he could make money.I love metro but this is the worse store ever!!!!! Go to shepherdsville rd one they treat you alot better. I hope they shut this place down or fire the bad employees. This place should be a cricket store its that bad!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! i went there and it felt like i was dealing with a car salesman, the guy that seemed to be in charge will say anything to get you to buy something, he will come up with anything and try really hard to get you buy accessories and he will lie and yoo, there was woman who worked there who was rude, after i looked on my bank website the next day there 2 charges on my account instead of one,when i called them to ask about it the girl who was there when i purchased the phone laughed when i let them know i was upset about it. i told them i was calling the BBB

First let me start off by saying I went to another metro PC store wanted to add 3 phones to a account, he said it would be $299 and monthly bill would be $150. I left and went to metro PC at 5771 Preston hwy they saved me alot of money on my phone's and also on my monthly bill I pay $100 month

Worst place ever to go dont even try and talk the manger GM whatever he is . he is the biggest dick EVER he only cares about his money and doesn't guide anyone in the right direction. He just says nothing we can do i advise going somewhere else that is closer .
