The lady with the reddish hair and glasses, I wish I would have caught her name. My receipt just says register 5 on 8/13/22 at 5:00pm. She is truly the MVP. I have never been so pleased with service and in an out of a spectrum store so fast!

Great customer service from the worker that was in there. I went pretty late in the day so there wasn't much traffic in there. The guy was super cool and we even had a nice little conversation while he was getting my things together.

The worst internet provider with the worst customer service. expensive and they will increase the bill too every year with bad service. I changed to AT&T fiber and pay less than I used to pay with fiber internet

This store is located on bardstown road which is a very busy road, the people were so nice and friendly and helpful. However, I use a walker to get around, I cannot walk on my own, with that being said parking is located in the back of the store and you have to walk all the way to the front to enter the store. A little bit difficult when using a walker and you have all kinds of dips and craters in your parking lot and along the walkway to get to the front door. Other than that I had a great experience inside of spectrum.

I got a new phone and wanted to make sure all my stuff transferred over. The staff was very helpful and walked me through the whole process with patience and ease.

My mother and I were there today. Everyone there was 5 stars .The guy think his name was Todd was very helpful with my problem. The Lady who helped my mother her bill. All the employees cheerful treat us like they really care about their customers. I said 5 stars.

Came to store at 11:00 on Sun. 12-12-21. Sign on the door said holiday hours for this date are 9am-6pm. Website said the same thing. Store was not open... Returned after 12:00 and 1 person working. Tried to use self pay machine and was told they're not using them anymore. The reason given was to allow for more interaction with the customer (in other words to attempt to sell products and services). Sign in screen at entrance was also not working properly. The one employee there was trying her best, but she was fairly new and was understandably upset with the situation at this store. In the past this store seemed adequately staffed but apparently not anymore. *** Updated 2-14-22: No improvement. Waited over 20 minutes to pay bill. One customer was inquiring about service to the one available rep. A customer ahead of me walked out after speaking with the manager and being told he was not able to assist him with paying his bill. I was then told the same thing. I waited another couple of minutes and the rep who was still assisting the same customer was able to process my payment since he was apparently on hold trying to resolve his customer's issue.

Nothing wrong with the store or staff, more an issue getting mobile service set up. I bought an unlocked model the exact same as one they sell (Motorola Edge 2021) but I can't use this phone why?

I entered this location, hoping to get a better deal than my current carrier offers me. There were a few workers busy but no waitlist which is was happy about. But I waited about ten minutes without hearing how much longer it would be before it would be my turn, I was not greeted when I entered the store. The store was very clean but just not very good customer service.
