Simple stuff. Car charger base failed. Popped in to be greeted by Ivan. Super service- quick and efficient. I was out the door in minutes. I liked that he asked how my service plan was working. I don't need anything else right now. But it is a pleasant change to have someone open the conversation to confirm my satisfaction with T Mobile. Good job!

Justin needs to get his girlfriend to stop being an online bully to everyone because it’s coming back to him. She threatens to contact everyone’s spouse but doesn’t think the same thing can be done to her. Justin is the store manager at this location and if he has someone like that at home you can imagine how he treats customers at work. It’s disgusting to know you have someone like that working for you. All you have to do is go on YouTube and find that bytch britt and you will see it all.

Very bad communication. you have to be careful if you want to buy a phone because they will sound you out before offering you a more expensive phone because all the exposure seems relatively available lol. it is better to call and check what you want before going there. I do not recommend

No idea what kind of customer service this store provides since no one ever answers the phone. I was trying to find out if the phone I wanted was in stock and thought I'd call to save time since this store is closest to me. No matter what time of day I called, the phone was never answered, not even voicemail. Thanks for saving me the trip.

I have to give a shout out to EDERICK RIVERA, this gentleman went above and beyond anything I gave experienced in my 64 years. I needed T-mobile to print return phone address labels for my old phones, we moved to T-mobile from Sprint. Well it was all messed up because labels showed us as returning the new IPhone 13 max pros we just got. Well he was on the phone with T-mobile to straighten everything out. He would not let me leave until he was sure I would get proper credit for old phones. Then he packed them and put the mailing labels on. He never made a penny off of what he did, just wanted to help in anyway he could. The world needs more EDERICK’S to help us old folks navigate through this crazy tech world. Thank you SIR.

I’ve been with T-Mobile since 2013 and in my opinion this is the best location I’ve frequented. The staff are always helpful. They take their time to answer all your questions and make sure you leave with everything you need. Good customer service even when dealing with impatient jerks.

I needed to change my cellphone plan, but it was a complicated situation because I was on an ancient "legacy" plan that evidently isn't even recognized by the current system T-mobile uses. The nice young lady who helped me was undaunted by the challenge. She immediately grasped what I needed and got my old number ported over to the new plan. I had just paid the bill for a month of my old plan a couple of days before so I had assumed it would be easy to swap the balance over, but it turned out to be a bit of a challenge, again thanks to my ancient service plan. Fortunately the store manager kindly ducked into the back (where the heavy duty computer is, evidently) and emerged some time later with my account properly credited. I left a happy customer with a plan that better suits my needs, and for less money! Everybody involved was very helpful and friendly. Five stars all the way.

They were extremely kind, and helped us with transferring from another provider back to T-Mobile. If you want to get help from people who care (and don’t make you feel like you’re bothering them) go to this store.
