We have happily had our propane filled here for the last 3 years. In the last few months there have been new employees improperly trained on how to fill propane tanks that have cost us hundreds of dollars in repairs to our water heater. Even when we have told them to wait to purge the air out, they don't listen to us and completely fill our tank with liquid propane, with no air gap in the tank to build pressure which renders the tank unusable at best, let alone when we hooked it up to our water heater only to discover the lack of pressure caused a low flame the entire night and burnt the entire assembly in the bottom of the water heater. ~Karoline

Exceptional experience! My vehicle looks absolutely beautiful and was finished a week earlier than promised. All staff were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and good with communication and follow-up. In addition they were patient with me as I worked my way through a warranty issue with another company and then helpful when I decided to do the repairs through my own insurance policy. Donna and team helped me to understand that FJ's are a bit of a challenge to work on, so I was even more thrilled when she brought in a windshield expert that had replaced multiple FJ windshields in the past. (Replacement by an inexperienced tech at another company is what damaged my vehicle). My FJ is my "baby", I've had her since brand new. I'm really particular about how work is done and the result of the work. I'm 100% satisfied with the job done at Henson's Fix Auto Escondido. They also helped me get to the rental car agency down the street, and when I came to pick up my car I was able to leave the rental with them for pick up. Easy! Our family has used Henson's Fix Auto Escondido three times now, and every experience was exceptional. I will NOT take our vehicles to any other repair shop. Helped my grandpa buy a 2020 at4 last year and it was great the dealership was great until the first oil change they did. Came back home after the first oil change on this 70,000$ truck and they had left the oil drain plug loose so it leaked all over our driveway and we had no truck to use. They took it back supposedly fixed it and sent it back leaking oil again but they didn’t even know until I had mentioned the bottom of the truck still has oil. They proceed to take the truck back a second time and then blame a recall on a gasket on the truck saying that it was GM’s problem. So we sit here waiting for 3 months on a claim from GM to be told they denied our claim. Now North county GMC wants us to take our truck back or sale it back to them for 60,000 dollars. They left both sides of our driveway filled with oil stains that will never come out, 3 months with no truck o wait but they offered a Nissan sentra for a rental. Not even a truck or even a car with equal or greater value. Good luck with getting your expensive vehicles serviced there and dealing with there admin. They are all a joke from there head of director down to the mechanic who left an oil drain plug loose . Highly recommend staying away from this dealership ~Juan

My fiancé took our car in today. It was scheduled for service. When she arrived, they said they would not work on the car due to the age. I received email confirmation that it was scheduled for service. The make, model and year of the car was known to whomever scheduled the maintenance. Wasted time and fuel to get turned away. Poor cannot describe the lack of service provided. ~swedesrule
