VERIZON CUSTOMERS BEWARE. GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION. How was our experience at this location? Not the best at all. Gave us a number to call. The worker was not very professional. Did not ask if there was anything else we needed help with or if we had any other questions. Did not attempt to further help. There was another worker that stood by without offering further assistance. I asked if there was someone else that can help us, he replied "no". Basically chased us out the store by saying "I don't have to know anything other than Verizon"..."have a nice day". Attitude was sarcastic and rude. Advised the youngster to seek more customer service classes as well as knowledge when it comes to phones. Was he racially biased or prejudiced? I sure hope not. I do not recommend this store at all. In fact, stay away from it. Did not get the guy's name. It was 30 minutes before closing on August 7, 2022 ~Juan

Within a 6 month period of time, I have had a large check misdelivered to my neighbors mailbox, a debit card that never reached me, a neighbors credit card in my box, no mail delivery for 8 days straight and a valuable package fraudulently signed for and delivered at 8:45pm to a thief and my door was never even knocked on...I live alone. How hard can it be?! When you go to the carrier facility you are literally waiting for more than an hour where they dump their trash! I literally hate USPS at this point! ~Auset

Our families experience was AMAZING! We were having some difficulties yet the Customer Service Agent on-site JASMINE made the transition into our storage unit very comfortable with a MAGNIFICENT PROFESSIONAL MANNER! Whom ever is her supervisor please make note on her next evaluation for an increase of wages... Thank you Jasmine! You make Extra Storage Look Good! ~Dawn

Love U-Haul in Englewood have my storage there very clean friendly employees may be two of them. But I'm not going to say who they are but they could be improved on me customer service skills but other than that love U-Haul everything intact in my storage very clean in there. Wherever you are on this awesome planet that we share be safe out there Humanity ~Kim

I rented a car for 3 weeks, picked it up in Inglewood but I had to swap it in LAX, and thank god SHAY works for enterprise, she made things very easy and showed genuine care on my two visits to LAX. I had a blown tyre in Yosemite National Park and the car did not have the proper tools to change the tyre, it had the device to lift the car but the device to remove the bolts did not fit the car bolts. Luckily for us a good samaritan stopped and helped with his own tools. I took the car to Modesto, CA and the people there were very helpful and swapped my mustang for a new one. I've noticed on pick up that the rear tyres were low and asked to fill them up. The next day the same thing happened, so it looked like the car had a slow puncture in the rear tyre and I had to get air every morning before driving. This series of events made a part of our journey quite difficult and stressful. Lastly, I took the car back to LAX when I got back to Los Angeles and again, SHAY was very helpful and caring. She swapped the car straight away and we could now enjoy in LA. Long story short, I had 4 cars in 3 weeks mostly because of tyre issues, and even with all the setbacks I'm giving enterprise a 4/5 mostly thanks to Shay, and the kindness of all their employees. Thanks to them I will be more than happy to rent with Enterprise again. ~Rui

All I have to say is Devon and Ms. Tange do a great job ordering the chaos that goes on in the printing/computer department. With only one computer working and a few other machines down these two were so nice and accommodating. They help as fast as they can and are very nice. They treat people better than what some rude people deserve. Hats off to these two and thank you guys for making my day so much smoother. ~Andres
