My love affair with Pure Barre started 11 years ago and since then, on and off, it has been my happy workout place. After my second pregnancy I started having back pain. I used to see a chiropractor twice at week with no results. A friend suggested me to try this workout in order to strengthen my core muscle. I still remember the soreness of my whole body after the first class and the feel of joy at the same time: I had found my "me time" happy place! My back pain disappeared after a month. Since then, on and off due to my crazy schedule, I've been coming to this place. I tried other exercises but nothing fulfills my needs the way Pure Barre does. It's gentle with your body avoiding any kind of injuries, still effective and hard core. The place is well run. The teachers are wonderful and always ready to help especially with new people. From the moment you walk in, you're recognized, called by your first name, encouraged and motivated throughout the class. There are 3 level of classes, you start with the foundation before you move to the others. What else to say? Thank you Pure Barre for taking care of my body and my soul! ~Antonietta
