Vehicle pickup was painful (30-40 minutes) and on pickup the odometer was under reported on the paperwork. If I didn't catch it I would've been out $30. They also forgot the rental equipment I paid for (~$25). On vehicle drop off (another 45-60 minutes) they could not process my deposit refund of $230 because of issues in the system with their previous mistakes. They asked that I come back or call them next week to request the refund. They would have kept the money unless I stood my ground. Absolutely ridiculous and painful experience. The only upside was that the vehicle was almost brand new, nice to drive.

EDIT: I appreciate the owner responding, but I will not be spending any more time on this. I got the same answer from their automatic survey and was expecting a call back to discuss this incident on 10/8, which I did not receive. I consider the matter done and only wished to post my experience for other customers. ~Ben
