I came in a couple times last week, once to get an iPhone Pro Max and the other to switch the Pro Max for the smaller Pro (phone was too large lol). I had great help from both Alma and Jesse. Not only were they accommodating to my situation, I saw them balancing all of the other customers in the location with a great attitude. It was easy to work with them. When I need to visit T-Mobile, I will make sure to revisit this location and I will be looking for Alma and Jesse. Thank you guys!

Usually pretty good service. Doesn't always have all merchandise in stock but above-average customer service and professionalism. Good location overall. Can get busy during the evening too

I'm all about customer service and when I can get a great customer service by a bilingual representative I let it be known. I was assisted by a T-mobile manager, Melissa who had very poor skills and poor communication.

Awesome fast service! Left the store on 17th to go to this one because the service at 17th and Tustin was just not very helpful or welcoming today!! Worked with Luis at the store on Katela and Tustin and walked out happily with a better plan and an upgraded phone! Nice guy, professional, helpful and did the job!! Thanks so much!! Been with T Mobile for 20 years and thanks Luis, I will stay another 20!!

I had a great experience at the T-Mobile service center in Orange, CA! .... The representative was so helpful and offered so many great ideas on how to utilize my phone and any add-ons I may want in the future. He went far and beyond what most sales agents are expected to do, and did it with a smile and a personal touch... I was pleasantly surprised by his helpfulness.

I had gone to several other T-mobiles in Tustin, Irvine and Santa Ana, to ask for a specific phone and no one was helpful or honest. Everyone just wanted to sell me the iPhone11, and it was beginning to seriously stress me out!! However, Javier was really friendly and helpful here. I would definitely recommend this store! Thank you a bunch!!
