Helpful staff! I went in for questions and help on in already existing customer not buying anything and they still spent a lot of time with me told me to come back anytime I needed help highly recommend buying their products they'll help you with them later if you need it

I went to store to see if I am eligible for a new phone. I waited over 20 minutes while beside me store manager was on a private call. I eventually connected to a sales person. I told her I just want to see if I am eligible for new phone. She was on her iPad for awhile and eventually said “ you are eligible if you pay $166.00 to cover your past contact and yes you will be eligible and by returning your old phone and you will be charged $17.00 a month with 36 months commitment “ She charged me $166 and 85 for tax. She assured me it’s all down. Today, we I went back to store to return my old phone, the new sales person asked me to change mp plan to unlimited! I said “ no thank you” . He said that is the condition to get a new phone.I mentioned there was no precondition that you are giving me today. I was asked to return the phone. I object it. I made a deal with AT&T yesterday. I paid over $$75.00 for accessories. Manager was rude and asked me to go and come back later or I call the police. I came out and waited for over 30 minutes and left. I been with this company since 1997. That was very irresponsible on their side. I couldn’t post unless to at least put one star.

For the longest time I didn't know why my phone bill was so high. Found out that there was an extra phone sold to me which I did not receive nor requested the day I bought my phone from this store. They snuck an extra phone bill onto my account. I've called many times to remove a phone I didn't buy but they said there's nothing they can do. There's no proof of a sales ID or attempts to return it. I was like return what phone?! I only bought 1 phone. Now the only option the gave me was cancel the line and pay off the phone which I don't own! This is BS! Good job AT&T on suckering me out of my money

I’m so glad I went to this location. They were fast and knowledgeable. The Sandra put a brand new screen protector on my phone and camera. She was very nice as well.

I have truly never had a good experience at any ATT store until today…at this store! They were fabulous! I thought for sure they wouldn’t be able to help me without having to jump through a bunch of hoops. Jessica kindly greeted me and I explained my situation of needing to reactive my phone service while here in the states for a short period of time before returning to Europe. Ivez also came up and started talking to me and really explained some things that weren’t clear with our service while we are living abroad. I just feel like they listened, they cared, they were truly interested in helping and that isn’t something people do on the regular these days. These 2 were terrific and I walked out so grateful and pleased!!!
