Best meal delivery in Sacramento, California (CA) 2024

My problem is with the friendliness of the staff and his willingness to help others. This older asian couple browsed the regular checkout lanes (lines backed up) and decided to come to self-checkout since they were only purchasing carrots. Mind you ONE ITEM. They did not know how to ring up the carrots. The self-checkout employee was rude and did not bother to physically help them. He gave directions, which is useless and said it in a condescending tone. Let me remind you that the self checkout had no lines with other registers opened. He just stood by his monitor unwilling to move his body a couple steps to press "carrots" and "pay now". I understand in times where it is busy, but this time, it would have done him no harm no take two seconds to help out. I can't stand people like that so I decided to help the poor couple out. If you're going to be working in a community of minority, please teach your employee to not be ignorant and rude to those who can't speak or understand English (this is not the first time). He read their body language and knew exactly what they needed assistance with. I'm sure these people would rather have an actual human help them out, but mind you, only about two registers were opened so there is a lack of service and it is why they resort to self checkout. This was on 6/24/2022 @ ~ 18:15. This feedback has been submitted to the survey count. Although I don't know what good this will do, I have hope that this negative review will impact the store. I'm not looking to get anyone in trouble, but rather to have the higher ups educate their employee about the community in which they serve and how to assist their demographic in a kind and compassionate manner. ~Vickie

Stopped in today around 130 to order a few pizzas for a party. two guys inside going back and forth never bothed to take my order or even acknowlage my presence. I studied the menue and started to ask a question but no one was paying attention. At one point one guy came to the register and fiddled around with something and walked away without a word. I literally had time to google up another pizza place in the area, check their menu and decide what i wanted all without a single acknowledgement from the staff. pizza is decent. but not so good that they can treat customers like an annoyance. ~cory
