Go Elsewhere for your banking! I Created a new account but have been unable to enroll in online banking due to a technical error on their end which no one seems to be able to resolve. What’s the point of opening an account if I can’t use your services? It’s been a month, 12 phone calls, no reply to the investigation as to why. When I google the error it seems hundreds of other people are experiencing the same thing without resolution but they pretend it’s the first time they’re hearing of it when I call. I closed the account because it’s no point in having a useless bank account ~Sara
