Terrible terrible terrible customer service at this pharmacy. The only thing they know how to do is send you notices that your prescription is ready when you didn’t order any and it’s not even on auto refill. When you call them you are guaranteed to wait on hold 10 minutes or more before anyone answers. I guess they don’t care as I see many reviews wit a 1 or 2 rating. I’m changing pharmacies. Who needs this aggravation. ~Tom

I got my second vaccination here this week. I have signed up my entire family and I made sure they only got their vaccinations here because I could just tell the staff, Bob, David and especially Hatu are top notch! They took such loving care of me and I will never forget it. I felt like they took this whole vaccination process very seriously and they took my health seriously. They did not rush and they took the time to make sure everybody was treated well. I wish every business had a staff like them’ ~Katama

I brought my car here because I knew Kash and a friend of mine recommended that he would be the only person he could think of to fix it. I get the car towed over to their location and Kash says it’s okay for me to leave the car there, I had told him about me having to order a part and he said it’s fine. After the first initial talk with Kash, I felt confident that he could get it done. The second call I get is from a guy named Mohamed and this guy starts telling me a bunch of things are wrong with the car as if I don’t know the history to my own car. I end up going to pick up the car after him saying it’s done. I find out all he did was put in my fan (which was in my trunk) and a new module. After spending an outrageous amount of money I get my car home and the same light turns on. (So he didnt fix the issue) and my car is now doing the same thing it was. ~tyler

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AMAZING ESTABLISHMENT THROUGH DRIZLY.COM. I placed a nearly $50 order last night at around 9:30pm through Drizly.com, and it NEVER arrived. I'm glad I held back my review until I spoke with a store employee just now. Andrew, the man who answered my call, knew who I was immediately, and explained that the Drizly driver never arrived to pick up my order which was packed and waiting. He COULD NOT HAVE BEEN more kind or professional. He went so far as to contact Drizly himself on my behalf and request a full refund of my purchase price. Hopefully they DROP DRIZLY as a partner and go with Saucy.com. One thing is for sure, Rancho Liquor just won over a customer for life, and Drizly.com will NEVER see a dollar from me again!! I purchased a CPO 2019 BMW 750i from Rusnak BMW Dealership on 07 DEC 2021. The experience there was great. Sales Associate Howard Mack was very helpful in the buying experience. There was no pressure and he was very knowledgeable throughout the viewing and test drive of the vehicle. The lounge area was also nice and comfortable with a lot of amenities. Rusnak BMW is a great dealership to go to. They have a variety of stock and helpful associates. ~Joseph

Had my wheels rotated here. Warned them beforehand that the wheels MUST be torqued with a torque wrench in a specific order as I've had steering wheel shake before when things were done with an impact gun. The guy seemed offended that I asked him to do things this way and semi-rudely said "everything will be done correctly". I picked up the car when they closed and had a huge steering shake when slowing between 30-50mph. Went back the next day and he wanted me to leave the car there again for the day. Ended up going to the dealer to have it done correctly. Problem went away. I forgot the service advisors name but older white guy with tattoos. I'd avoid this place in the future. ~victor
