Went in to purchase a dining set and was greeted very nicely I told the sales rep I was looking for something affordable since it is for my apartment he gave me $100 off this beautiful dining set and free delivery I wasn’t expecting free delivery with the gas prices as they are right now, they will be delivering this week! I had a very simple question about the wiring on a light switch. I already had an idea about what to do, but I just wanted a "professional" to confirm that I was installing my new light switch correctly. A couple of nice guys in the storeroom referred me to some kid who was supposedly a manager and would know the answer to my question. So, this arrogant, unfriendly kid ( I guess he was a manager or something) meets me at the front desk. He makes it point to let me know that he KNEW the answer to my question, but he's not gonna tell me. I'm like "What?!?!" He goes on to explain that he's afraid of liability. Look, I understand everything about liability but we're talking about a light switch here! Give me a break! I drove on to a few more stores before coming to Visalia Lumber Company. I presented my question to the much friendlier, more experienced, older gentleman there and he was more than happy to help me. People NEED to stop being so afraid of everything and step up and help their neighbors! That's a concept that seems to be lost these days. Anyway, thanks to the 2 and a half minutes of help that Visalia Lumber Company gave me, I was able to install my light switch, my house didn't burn down, and the $2,500 worth of electrical supplies that I will be purchasing in the near future will come from Visalia Lumber Company, not Medallion. Sorry to mess up your 5 star rating but maybe it's time to stop being so afraid. ~Damian

This store is okay their selection was not that great but the staff was very friendly and are willing to help and that is always an A+ but they do have the basics stuff you might want for a Bible store and another this this store is mostly catholic just a heads up ~D

Store is smaller and more crowded than other locations. What they lack in size they make up for in customer service. Salesperson Zakk 71495 has been here since I was a teenager and has always had a great attitude and excellent customer service skills. His enthusiasm and sales knowledge makes coming in a positive experience whenever he is on the floor. ~Joanna

Pharmaceuticals easily prepared and refilled ASAP By pharmacists Leon with a kind and friendly greetings from him and his staff. Family style greetings and one on one assisted by professionally. Always tended to without any wait time or something unusual. Will continue on with my refills and recommend others throughout. ~Louie

I was so overwhelmed with gratitude for Nathan and his team. He and his team setup a room for a conference that included 6 microphones, speakers for inside and outside, video camera for an in person and zoom event. It's very difficult to have an in person and zoom event simultaneously, but the team made it look like a breeze. I cannot say enough good things about his team and the quality of service. I would recommend without hesitation and will use again. ~Janessa
