Love the variety of the workouts, the different days that focus on certain body parts & the mix of levels of skill-set of those that go. It's a large gym and you are able to modify the workouts accordingly. I like their attitude & their flexibility of class options (early AM/late evenings available) . Started going in June for the 21 day challenge - I didn't see a lot of results as I didn't follow a healthy eating routine along with the workouts + didn't go for like two weeks (my fault), but I continued the month to month and am going 4-5x/week and feel myself stronger & more agile. Especially working in an office...it is a GREAT release of stress. Wish the music sometimes was better, but each coach has their style. Really like leg days surprisingly! ~Marilu
