So before I wrote my review I read some of the others. Yes the ladies are all so very nice. I could see that some or one may seem a little flirty. One thing I can tell you Cubans are very upfront about how they feel. Kindness may be seen as flirtation and some are just flirty. We are not from this area. The last time we visited was around a year and a half ago and we came back. The girls are so sweet and wonderful. Our food tasted absolutely great. They were completely interested in preparing our food correctly. I'm amazed all this is within a gas station/store/restaurant. I was able to eat, purchase a case of water among other beverages. ~CeeCeeLia77

Cashier last night was less then helpful luckily the store manager I believe his name was Klay? Might be wrong in any event he saved the day helped me get exactly what I needed literally made my life 10x easier this is my local store good to know management like him is solid and understands customer service ~Jose

First I want to say I’m seriously in love with the costumer service I’ve been getting these past two days at two different Starbucks locations. I don’t know what they are doing but this time Cata was amazing she really loves what she does and has an amazing costumer service. Hope this gets to Starbucks headquarters because makes the hole Starbucks experience worth it. Thanks again Cata and keep your amazing personality high. ~Daneya

What a horrible experience with the evening shift personal. Fist they do not speak english,, ok. They do not pay attention to what you are asking for or know the products and on top of all the attendant is so disrespectful that talks about me with the other attendant and tells me I didn't say my order correctly, when I had to repeat myself about 7 times. "Two packs of 305 menthol 100" and yes I had to tell her off. Please check on how your customers are treated. You are loosing business. ~Teresita

A complete fail of a cracked screen repair. I should have known by the price they weren't using quality parts, but I assumed my phone would be useable after the repair! The glass is dark, screen is tacky and impossible to text. Any touch makes the screen shake so you can't scroll on the phone. And I can't get a refund because I live out of town. ~Susan
