Just being honest, I was on my way to casino pawn and the owner not only remembered me but remembered my number and knew that it was me that was calling. He might’ve just had caller Id but that kind of attention to customer appreciation is the reason for this review. I remembered how I walked in for the first time and immediately felt this rush of history and awesomeness kinda like a museum of coolness. The place is clean and large and makes u feel like a movie star. But that wasn’t the reason for the review... the people where. The worst thing about pawning your most prized possessions beyond the fact that times may be so hard that u need to sell your things in the first place is the way pawn brokers treat u like your going to walk out their establishment right into the hands of your local drug dealer. You are always low-balled with that take-it-or-leave-it mentality because of the position your in and it just hurts more. Not at Casino. I feel like I can come and with no questions asked be treated like more than a commodity but like family. Fair is an understatement but I feel like the money u receive here is above fair. Bill is the best, his communication is top quality and it’s like he has a heart of gold. Above all (and here’s the best part) I don’t believe I am treating any better than anyone else because I know from experience that EVERYONE is treated the same way here. ~OnAnotherLevel

Probably one of the worst locations I’ve visited for this chain. First of all, their dining room was closed today, with no sign in the main door, so we had to wait by the door for someone to show up from the back and tell us. The door in the side had a sign saying closed due to covid surge. They were only taking drive thru orders, which was fine. We got in line for to order on the car. The employee taking orders was extremely rude. First of all telling us that he wasn’t even supposed to be working but that he was working anyways. Okay, sure? Not sure why you need to tell that to your customers. Then, when trying to order the same items I could see on the app, he kept saying what? You want what? I mean I can see what options you have on the app, so why question me in what’s available for that item? When he asked the size, he said you want regular or? And I was like what is the other option, because I didn’t see this on the app, and he said, regular or what? And I said what are the options? And he gave me attitude and said, large of course, we have regular or large. Once done with the order, in the next window, the lady was laughing inside the store and giving our back to the car, didn’t say hi or bye, just said your total is $$$. How you want to pay? ~Esteban

It says 24 hours on google. I went there to order in the drive thru at 11:30 PM, waited for 10 minutes at the speaker and nobody would answer. I saw a car at the window and the employees were just having a time with their friends at the window. So I went back to the speaker and still no answer. I drove up and the car that was there previously was still there and not moving. I am disappointed in this experience. ~Danielle

This place was great! My husband took me here for Valentine's Day. The food was great. Lots of flavor. The service and servers were phenomenal. Dessert was the cherry on top.
