don't use a credit here. The guy at the register, owner? takes the credit card and multiplies by ten and then puts the information in. don't hand your card to him. He doesn't give a receipt. I reported him and it is amazing this place is still in operation. ~ani

I came in to see how much it would cost to ship a jogging stroller to a friend in Chile. It turned out to be way too expensive. But the owner of the shop was wonderful and took time to help me calculate the cost in a couple of different ways. I appreciate her spending so much time with me, even though I ended up not spending any money there. Bonus: It's in the back of a fantastic skateboard shop. I'll be back. ~Ryan

Received a receipt saying my poster would be printed by 7 am. Called and they said it was at another store and wouldn’t be ready until 2 pm. Called the other store and they hadn’t even started printing it yet. People at the store were fine but the FedEx website quoted wrong prices and wrong times leading to this snafu, but I can’t review the website. ~Daniel

It was so hot outside so we went there for drink. The price was reasonable based to the location. Wait time was around 5 min as there were lots of customers in there. There is a restroom in there but the line was so long. Employees were nice and did the exact thing we wanted to have. Also they got little dine in space for those who wants to eat inside. I loved this place👍👍 ~Roja

I have absolutely NOTHING bad to say about this restaurant. Their Fried Mozzarella was to die for. Their Pasta (that they freshly make) was delicious. When it started to rain extremely hard the waiter & waitresses stopped at nothing to serve the customers and did it with a HUGE smile on their face. ~Letron

I've had an excellent experience banking with Popular Bank and especially this branch in Miami Beach. Jocelyn is an awesome personal banker! She always assists with any needs or requests quickly and efficiently. I've banked with nearly all of the large, national banks across the country and this is by far the best branch I've ever worked with! Lines are never long at the branch and I always receive consistent, 5-star service. I've also had positive experiences with their telephone bankers anytime I've needed to reach out. Would definitely recommend banking with Popular. ~Thomas

First, I had to wait for 40 minutes to get any assistance. And the basically, I wanted to change my account to a checking one (after this, probably changing it to an investment one) but, apparently, if I want to make a wire transfer the system has to send me a code only through text message, which can’t be send to an international number -my only phone number is international, from Argentina. Then, the supervisor told she couldn’t help me and send me to contact the call center, making me internalize the absolute incompetence and anachronistic system that the chase has. So, I go physically, in person, to a branch, taking time of my agenda, to get no solution at all, and basically wanting to close my account and end absolutely all kind of relationship with chase, instead of making the deposit I wanted and had to do. Note that I’d been a client since 2012. Apparently that it isn’t of value for the bank, and right now I’m looking forward to expand my business with another bank. Hopefully someone will help me and solve this issue, that’s the only reason why I kept my account open ~Victoria

Newell Asst Mgr Deigo Customer service and Zuma Mgr absolutely very informative helpful and Professional Mgr is Alway in Front u don’t see that in most Banks. Citi Bank on 5th is another Bank the Manager is in front right spot on hopefully Wells Fargo on 5 and Washington Ave can learn I stop my account long wait Manger is never there… Checkout these Banks if you hav waiting and other issues Chase and Citi best Management… ~Jason
