Came in after calling the branch to have a document notarized. Told it wouldn’t be long since a teller could help me and there was no line. I watched a teller joking around with someone at the front counter. The others had no customers, so I surmised she was who I needed. Then she walked away from the counter and I was told by the receptionist that it would take a while now since she has to “close the branch.” I checked my watch and it was 4:35pm. The branch closes at 6pm. Instead of taking 2 minutes (literally it was one piece of paper for solar panels) she started that process. What has happened to customer service?! Been sitting here now for 28 minutes and now the teller line is several people deep and there are four others waiting for Customer Service. Absolutely unbelievable!!! ~A
