I wanted to follow up with my previous post 2months ago. After the owner responded I decided to try him with MY SHOES: lots of shoes with heels and I have to re-tip. Have gone several times and I am NOT disappointed. He has me as an added customer. I have been recommending my friends and family to him. He is honest, demonstrate integrity. For example my son asked him about one of his sneakers and he told him, he could fix it but he doesn't recommend it would be a temporary fix. CLOTHES: I was still in my feelings regarding my dress from 2months and decided to bring it back, he was very professional, no argument, I walked in defensive mode and walked out feeling like a valid customer. I love small businesses and will continue supporting University Shoe Repair. It feels great to be valued as a customer. I highly recommend them ~Kerry

I love this store!! Everyone in the store is exceptional! I’ve always been welcomed when I’ve entered the store and the customer service is above and beyond! Their knowledge of jewelry is expansive! I’ve had gold and silver rings repaired there and they all look amazing!! I’ve bought numerous pieces from them as well! The best place for buying jewelry! The prices are very reasonable!! I visited Care Spot last week after experiencing an allergic reaction. I made my appointment online and was able to get one in just a few hours. I have been to this urgent Care several times in the past and have always had a good experience. When I walked in I was greeted by a young lady that always seems to remember me and my family and is always very helpful. I was brought back within 10-15mins. The PA that attended to me was super friendly and personable. I felt like I got great care and the facility was clean and quiet. Will definitely go again if needed. I wish I was better at remembering names because everyone I encountered provided great service and deserve acknowledgment. ~Irlenis

I got off work early to be seen at this location for an urgent matter a worker there already gave me the side eye when I walked in. I didn’t know the location would be closing at 4pm. As I’m explain my situation to the African American woman at the front counter the lady she intervened and says well sorry we are closing in 10 min. I’ve been a patient at MD now cypress and previous I have NEVER been so hurt or encountered a scenario where I was turned away for care. So she walks to the back and on the left she’s explaining to a supervisor or someone that I’m making a scene saying that I’m priority and that it doesn’t matter if they are closing or not. I politely took my things and exit MD now urgent care. I will be definitely escalating the issue further because basically my health wasn’t important with insurance. I then called the number they gave me for escalations somebody by the name of Jesus customer service rep was assisting me he didn’t even care to hear my problem or even empathize with me all he said was at the discretion of the location they are able to run it according to Covid policy. And didn’t give any confirmation or assurance he escalated the issue. ~Tasha
