Their kitchen designer (Gail) was very helpful. Their delivery system is a bit disorganized. I had to be on top of a big delivery by calling them about 7 times. Other than that, big store, large selection. Just do your research because some items are in national shortage and take long to get delivered. ~Carolina

I've been with this pharmacy for years and the previous head pharmacist Mr. Ralph(?)left along with all of the other pharmacy techs & pharmacists that worked with him. I don't know what happened but since that time I've not been impressed by the customer service & even had a few errors along the way. I felt like I was going to a small town pharmacy with the old crew. They were helpful, friendly and knew many of the regulars by name as we approached the counter. The new crew treats me like a number & gets obviously aggravated when I asked questions about the quantity or delay in approvals. ~Phylena

Look at how bad the reviews are I'm not alone these people only care about themselves. This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with but FAR. I can't believe management and corporate have allowed this to go on so long. I would be more than happy to change this review IF you people put forward an effort to change until then...Enjoy your one star you don't deserve any but there is no option for that. ~Trent

Darlene answered my phone call. I told her that I needed help on pump #8. I am disabled. I told her that. She replied in a really rude and trashy tone that she was "not leaving the building to pump my gas!!" Then to make matters worse, she hung up on me! This was amongst the WORST customer service I've EVER received! To be rude to a person whose legs are not working and imply they're lazy... What an awful human being! The only reason I gave two stars was because a young lady named Felicity saved the day for me! I called the store again after Darlene so rudely hung up on me. Felicity answered and was as pleasant and as helpful as I could wish her to be. She came to pump gas. And when she got the message on the pump to "come inside and pay the cashier," she walked back into the building for me. She truly went out of her way to be kind and offer assistance. I'm so grateful! Especially since Darlene's mistreatment of me caused me to cry. I felt hopeless and ashamed....until Felicity made things so much better! Thanks, young lady! And perhaps Darlene could be retrained on the basics of customer service? ~Valerie

The very finest service. Attentive, caring, efficient personalized, 5 star pharmacy.The only pharmacy to find and offer the COVID test kits when the big box stores had none. They fill Rx quickly at reasonable prices Accept all insurance. Why go to walgreed and let the profit go out of state? Bring your Rx here and the money stays in Florida. ~jorge

ATMs are always out of service restrooms are filthy not to mention Pharmacy is horrible make you wait 5 hours to fill a prescription then Circle the building multiple times because there's other people behind you in a Drive-Thru service that needs to be serviced lol ~Fly

Always friendly and they don't make you feel like your wasting their time or their too busy to help. I had a problem with another Walmart telling me my order was being filled just to go and find out they didn't have my sons script and I had to wait several days. After multiple times of this happened I switched places and I'm do happy that I did! Great customer service!! ~Natasha

Rarely does "pay at the pump" work properly. Most times have to go into store for receipt. ~Rocky

Employee that assisted me in February seemed like I was an inconvenience for her and she was very distracted while dealing with my transaction. The moving pads were initially forgotten. When we finally got them they had been outside the location in the back. Now I'm being charged for damaged pads that were already not in new condition and had dirt? Also being charged a cleaning fee when the truck was returned in the exact same if not better condition? There was debris in it when we got it that we took care of ourselves so in essence it was returned in better condition. I'm disputing these charges.This location isn't a good representation of uhaul. Corporate office looked into my concerns and I was given a refund. I'll continue to give my business to uhaul but just not this particular location. ~Kelz
