Darlene answered my phone call. I told her that I needed help on pump #8. I am disabled. I told her that. She replied in a really rude and trashy tone that she was "not leaving the building to pump my gas!!" Then to make matters worse, she hung up on me! This was amongst the WORST customer service I've EVER received! To be rude to a person whose legs are not working and imply they're lazy... What an awful human being! The only reason I gave two stars was because a young lady named Felicity saved the day for me! I called the store again after Darlene so rudely hung up on me. Felicity answered and was as pleasant and as helpful as I could wish her to be. She came to pump gas. And when she got the message on the pump to "come inside and pay the cashier," she walked back into the building for me. She truly went out of her way to be kind and offer assistance. I'm so grateful! Especially since Darlene's mistreatment of me caused me to cry. I felt hopeless and ashamed....until Felicity made things so much better! Thanks, young lady! And perhaps Darlene could be retrained on the basics of customer service? ~Valerie
