Don't look anywhere else if you plan to move! Roy is the best in the business! He is very professional and reliable. Communication with him is very easy. He remained flexible with my moving date for about a month because I had trouble with my schedule and ended up chaging the dates. He and his team were amazingly efficient. I was moving a two bedroom apartment from Chicago to Missouri. On the day of the move they arrived on time and in 1 hour they carefully wrapped my large furniture and loaded them in their truck along with 40 boxes that I had packed. They were like a tornado! They moved everything to my new house 360 miles away on the same day. Everything arrived safe and intact. It's rare to receive such excellent service. Can't recommend him and his crew enough! ~Maryam

Old style tiny store, with goods cramming every square inch. The sort of place that will sell you one loose bolt, instead of a poly-bagged set of six. Parking can be tough, and speaking some Spanish (I can't) would help IF the 'old senor' is minding the till. ~Conrad

This is a smaller Lowe’s but it has a large garden section with ample plant choices. Came here to get some new plants for my garden and fell in love with the many plants to choose from. The staff is readily available to assist you and help you find anything in the store. When I came their gift card system was down so I unfortunately was unable to use my gift card to purchase my plants but the staff was really kind about it. ~Lena

Had a great experience using closet works! We started out at the showroom to get a grasp of what we were looking for for our closets. Once we had a good idea a designer came out and measured everything and confirmed everything we needed for the closets. The closet space was particularly tricky because we have angled ceilings. She (Lisa) created a beautiful layout that we got to approve before all pieces went into production. The closets took 11 weeks to be produced (due to Covid the wait times were longer but this was very clearly communicated to us throughout the process). 11 weeks later an installer showed up and did an amazing job (I wish I’d gotten his name because he was so good and professional). One shelf was damaged in shipping, so they came out about a week later to replace it free of charge. He did an excellent job and even cleaned up the space afterwards which was surprising, I figured there would be dust and whatnot but all I had to do was a light mopping (I could tell he tried to wipe up the area as much as possible with rags). Overall I am so happy with closet works service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Highly recommend. ~Callie
