We bought a range and install. They sent the wrong part and have been unable to cook food for days. We can't find the part we need. Best Buy customer service literally hung up on me. This company is an utter failure from the top down. I will be filing a BBB report.
Edit: I went in store and Josh, one of the managers there was beyond helpful and just amazing. The company over all provides nothing that resembles customer service. Their overseas call center will out right lie to you to get off the phone. Josh is amazing though ~squincher
