It seems the guy helping me (Aaron) was more wanting to see what would benefit him rather than provide good customer service and listen to what I needed and wanted. He ended up messing up our family plan, put me on my own plan, and signed us all up for hot spot service without saying anything. I got home and we were looking at what he did and I had to go back up there. He said, my bad. I would not trust this person to help me again at all.
7/30/22- had to go back as the screen the guy put on poorly was peeling up in multiple spots. He told me it would go down over time. Anyway, Dustin put a new one on and was way more helpful than the first guy. He took his time to explain the plan I’m on and how my recent trade in works. ~Scott
