I bought my wedding dress and accessories here as well as did my alterations. The day I bought my dress I fell in love with a beautiful long beaded cathedral veil. I bought this the same day I ordered my dress as they said they had it in stock at the store. To keep it clean, I never opened the package until the day of my wedding, as I assumed the employee that was helping me brought out the right one like she said. I open the veil the morning of my wedding to find they gave me a short version of the veil instead of the one I tried on with my dress. I am very upset and frustrated. If an employee brings you something and says it is in stock, open all packages as soon as you get them to make sure you're getting what they say. I've attached a picture of the one I tried on with the dress that they claimed to have sold me and then the actual one I opened on my wedding day. It was still a wonderful day, but caused me so much stress and disappointment the day of. UPDATE- I was contacted by both the CEO and store manager. They were very helpful and apologetic. They even refunded me the money for my veil due to the error. Terri, the store manager, was incredibly nice. Although there was a mistake, we are human and all make mistakes. Steven and Terri went out of thier way to make it right. Updating my review to 5 stars! Thanks for the incredible customer service. ~Kirstie

One of the best places I have ever bought shoes. The staff was very nice and quick to help out with my needs. The boots I got took a lot of time to break in but that's quality. Corinne was a huge help when I first got there and was ready to assist me when I was having a rough time breaking in the boots. I highly recommend getting your Red Wings here as this team will help you out in the long term. ~Sean

Could not recommend Dennis enough! He was very helpful, answered all our questions without being pushy, and made us feel very comfortable in our first car purchase. He was kind, but straightforward and never pressured us or made us feel rushed. We drove away happy in our budget friendly, low mileage, great condition mini-van…which is hard to find in this market! We also received a very fair price for our trade-ins, which was appreciated. I look forward to working with Dennis again in the future when it’s time to look for our next vehicle. ~Brittany

Scherer Lincoln could not have been easier to work with. They put us in a car immediately and were very responsive with any questions we had about the capabilities of the car before purchasing it. DISGUSTING KITCHEN!! They have flies and gnats literally everywhere. Employees don't follow health and safety protocols at all, they use expired products for their "fresh food", dishes are reused repeatedly and not washed. To top it all off, their kitchen employees including management DO NOT have a SIMPLE FOOD HANDLERS LICENSE. Basically, this place is great if you're interested in purchasing an overpriced food related illness. Save yourselves please ~P

Danish was a TREMENDOUS help with my selecting a new phone after I'd broken mine at the airport just beginning our vacation in Illinois. It was difficult at first, because my SIM card was unsalvageable, and I'd been a customer so long I could not remember details about my original account, that Danish could help access it and navigate me to an upgrade and keep my number. I took a long while thinking hard what my original password might have been from 2011, when I'd opened the account. Danish didn't send us away, which I might have done in his place. Meanwhile, he worked with other customers waiting to pay their bills, occasionally checking with me to see how I was doing. With his help, I'd jogged my memory and we accessed my account. He was astonished I'd been a customer so long, viewing my history from his workstation. I am truly grateful for his patience and perseverance. My new phone works great, it's an upgrade from my original, Danish managed to recover my data, including photos from the previous phone I was certain were lost, and he treated us to loyalty gifts after we'd finished our business there. He made the visit a highlight of the vacation trip. ~Chax
