We recently purchased a certified used car from Eddie Tourelle’s Northpark Hyundai. We were most impressed by the personal attention, a quality product, fair price, and honest salesmen. 30 mins for a front windshield. Not bad! Prices are cheaper than Safelite or other shops nearby. Only small complaint is they take only appointments, so had to wait 5 days. Service: Auto windshield replacement ~Anthony

I was pulling my enclosed trailer (is new to me) lol I needed air in 1 of the tires and I can really only go forward haven’t mastered backing up yet , I pulled into this place & they advised me to pull around (after I explained I can’t back up) they aired up the tire with no problem and I was able to make a circle through without having to back up ! As you can see in the photo it was raining as well but they were Awesome Sauce . Thanks guys ~All

I have always used a dealership or changed my oil myself. But, due to traveling, my car required an oil change and being over 700 miles from home I had to make a choice. This Take 5 Oil Change was very close to our Marriott hotel. It had a great rating on Google so I stopped in. The service was well beyond any expectations I may have had. These guys genuinely care about doing a great job and it shows. I also would like to recognize Seth. A young man that delivered top notch service and clearly communicated what they were doing and double checking my oil was exactly on the "full" mark. If Oil changes are the most important part of your vehicle's life. If my home was in Covington, LA, this is where I would go for my oil changes. Keep up the great work guys Service: Oil change ~Tim

Pat is a knowledgeable guy who thinks outside the box when it comes to doing repairs. The Honda dealer quoted him almost $800 for a fuse box which also was on back-order and not currently available. He figured out a way to re-route a wire around the fuse box and get me back on the road in less than 24 hours! And for 80% cheaper than just the part. AND he was honest about it! Went in on a whim this afternoon and, oh my gosh, I am so glad I went! Brian was super nice and created exactly what I wanted and then some. He told me what he was doing and why and asked me before doing anything different than what we discussed. I love this because I have had people in the past do their own thing with my hair, causing must anxiety- but not the case today! I stop here regularly for groceries when coming home late from work, when only WM and the gas stations are open. Stuff for lunches, restock home items, etc. Like it isn’t bad enough there are NO human cashiers, Wed night they had a phalanx of workers shouting at shoppers, counting down to closing. “Eight minutes ma’am!” If I were an employee there, I’d find that unacceptable from a coworker or manager. And since we have to ring up our own purchases, I feel like we’re there working, not getting paid, and being disrespected as well. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a retail store. ~R
