Needed a reliable and trustworthy place to buy a new set of tires and a battery for my truck. Went to Pumpelly Tire in Lake Charles, LA and was not disappointed. Very professional and friendly team from start to finish. Prices were very competitive with other area shops. The team kept me updated throughout the process of working on my vehicle. I left feeling like a valued customer and was confident that the work, and products I paid for were completed above and beyond my expectations. We were driving through LA from South FL and realized our tire had a slow leak. Called multiple tire shops while on the highway and this location was the only one that would be open late. The gentleman at the counter (I believe was the manager or owner) was very charismatic. He was very friendly, hospitable (let our small dog come into the waiting room), helpful and had a good sense of humor. He showed us the damage to our tire and got it fixed right away. Great customer service, timely service and reasonable pricing equals an amazing experience at this location. We highly recommend!!! ~Brian

Was lied to today when all I needed was the computer to be hooked to the car. They told me it needs to have a check engine light on. Close to one of the dumbest things I've heard. You simply plug the computer up with the car running and go through the menu options. I'm gonna get guess they didn't know how to use a common mechanic tool so they just lied to get out of doing it. Not the first time either. ~Kintho

Fast and friendly service. Staff is amazing. Cheaper prices than Lafayette but still higher than most states. Not a large selection of distillates or vapes. Quite a few different strains in flower. ~Abby

I've been going to these people for years, they've been awesome. My son gets quite a few prescriptions, other places they were often out things, had to order things etc, week plus delays, these people have had everything we needed every time! Always quick and friendly, couldn't be easier! ~Darrell
