BLT is your typical no frills, breakfast spot with paper plates and self serve coffee. The portions are HUGE and the prices are so reasonable. The French Toast was amazing and so was the breakfast platter. The breakfast sandwich was eaten so fast, we barely had time to take a picture. This is a spot we keep coming back to for quick breakfast dates! ~Corinne

Customer service is terrible. Even worse than when it was SunTrust. When they blocked access to my funds, including a direct deposit of my Social Security, which they accepted after they told me the account was frozen, the branch manager refused to provide any assistance. He just gave me a non-working number for a customer advocate. Their telephone service was no help either, just kept reading from a script why there was nothing the operator could do and refused to patch me through to somebody who could. ~Woodrow

From the moment I walked in I was greeted. I had the best experience with Boost Mobile in person this week. Roxanna was such a sweetheart . She helped me. She was busy and swamped, but I NEVER got attitude- she moved swiftly and with detail (upgrade, putting on my screen protector). I briefly met the supervisor Catalina and the other associate whose name is Catalina as well. The manager was pleasant. Roxanna was a QUEEN. If I ever need to return- I hope she is there. ~Loyalty
