Absolutely deplorable service. I came here almost 2 months ago for an inspection sticker, however I did need a couple of things fixed on my 2016 Camry. The tires needed to be replaced and the windshield repaired, I absolutely understood that.
The issue came when I tried to get my car re-inspected. My work had quite a few people quit so I was never able to get out of work in time to make it exactly at 5 before they closed. I then went there repeatedly over the course of six weeks (over 5 times) to try to get my car re-inspected, each time it was only one or two minutes past 5:00, everyone that works there still standing in the loading dock bays.
I was continuously told by the employees that they only get paid till 5:00 and the door was closed in my face over and over again. After pulling into the parking lot today at 5:02 I finally argued my point with someone who proceeded to stand there arguing with me far longer than it would have taken him to re-inspect my tires and windshield and finally put my inspection sticker on the car. Which after close to 10 minutes he finally did just to get me out of there... For the last time.
I was then subsequently charged a second time for my inspection because at that point it had been over two months, even though I had been there five previous times to get my car re-inspected and no one would do it even though it was less than five minutes past 5:00 and they were all still there at work chatting and talking.
One last point was that there had also been a car in the parking lot, with an elderly woman in it, when I pulled in that had CLEARLY been waiting since WELL before the 5:00 shut down time for an inspection. However, she was turned away and asked to come back the next day even though she had arrived before 5:00 pm when the business closes.
I will never stop here again even if I'm about to run out of gas!! The employees are rude and this is absolutely not a customer service oriented business!! ~Jennifer
