Gadget Techs save me $1,000.00! My iPhone 11 had and unfortunate run in with my pickup truck door and the back of the of the case was crushed... literally the mother board of the phone was exposed! Although the phone still turned on it was doomed to a very short life and I was pretty much resigned to the fact that I would have to cough up big bucks to replace it. But heck, I had always had a great experience with these guys so I drove up to Hanover from Plymouth to have them take a look and assess the situation to confirm that there was little to no hope. And what do you know??? Dan just HAPPENED to have an iPhone 11 chasis (case) in the back and was able to remove the guts of my phone and insert it into the new case. It looks and works like a brand new phone! Dan performed a major transplant which was no small miracle to me. The cost for the 'surgery' was extremely fair as I am sure it took him awhile and the cost and hassle of replacing would have been an expensive bummer. Thank you Dan. Thank you Tom. Taylor is amazing. She was so empathetic, so friendly, and so helpful when I had to suddenly move under unfortunate circumstances. The gas tank was only half full and yet it needed to be returned full which was strange. The male staff member was very unprofessional and I think he was illegally employing his underage child? I think he was smoking a cigarette in the back room too. I hope Taylor can retain some decent staff because she seems overworked with the brunt of responsibility. But she knows what she's doing and is good at her job. It's illogical to believe that one person can manage everything at that location cause despite being tucked away, it gets BUSY. ~Teddy

I bought 3 pair of shoes from this company. 2 pair of shoes worked out well. The 3rd pair I wanted to return, because of sizing. I returned the shoes& placed them in a smaller bag w/ tags on them to send back, because I was paying for shipping to return & I asked for a refund. It’s been 3 months & I have received very little correspondence, I’ve emailed several times & left several messages with no call back. They said because I didn’t send the shoes back in the box they won’t issue me a refund. So now I paid for shoes, paid to return shoes, & now have no shoes & I’m out $40 with no response & no resolution. I’ve asked them to give me store credit or just return the shoes in a bigger size & I get no where. Worst costumer service I’ve ever dealt with. I would never buy anything from this company again ~janine

STOP RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. My father and I reserved a truck for our move (got confirmation and talked to headquarters) and the day of the rental I got a call from budget headquarters saying that there was no truck on their lot available, even though we received confirmation. They didn’t even have any trucks in the state!! The manager at this location accepted my reservation and payment information with no intent of giving us a rental! ILLEGAL!!!!!!! The dealer also refused to answer their phone both from me and the national headquarters. Now it is the day before my move, and I do not have any sort of vehicle to get there. Save yourself while you can!!!!!! Will be taking legal action against these people. ~Schuyler
