Waited in the pharmacy with a fussy baby for 45 minutes with two cars in front of me. The person at the window rang the bell three times and no one answered before I left without even getting my medication. Being short staff isn't an excuse anymore. This is absurd. ~mr&mrs

I went to the store today 08/27/2022, around 8:40. I tried to look for some make up items and I had trouble finding them. I asked the worker (Maria) there to help me and she was not FRIENDLY AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. She ignored me the first time when I asked her about the mascara. She told me I don’t work in the make up section and she just walked away and she did not even wait for me to finish my question. I came to the counter and asked if there is anyone working in the make up section to help me find another item that I needed but she just said NO. I left Walgreens without getting any items and just a dissatisfied service. ~Bibixinh

3rd time here during the business hours to pick up WISH packages and it is CLOSED! Nobody answers the phone…. Unacceptable! ~DennaoBrasa

It serves it's purpose of you don't want to cross the Rourke Bridge. Does not have much in the way for "heated" dinners if you're into those (the pre-made ones). The Pawtucket Blvd location has those. I have no issues shopping here. ~Mark

Boiler w/ indirect hot H2O tank went into error mode on a Saturday. All the Techs were out on jobs, so the owner jumped in the truck. Quickly diagnosed the problem & started looking for parts. No availability anywhere. Came up with a temporary fix to get us through the weekend & promised to call me Monday morning. Come Monday they called as promised & still couldn’t get the part from distributors all the way to the West Coast. Again promised to keep me updated. About 5 pm they call to tell me they found the part & will be there in the morning. 👍👍 I learned later from the Tech that they called every plumber within 100+ miles (N-S-E-W). The owner sent an employee down (160 miles RT) to personally pick up the part & drive back that night. AMAZING TEAM!!! ~BJC

Ramos liquors always aim to have what you are looking for, if they don't have it (which it's rare) they would look for if and the next time you go in they will present it to you. Great place. Would recommend to anyone. ~Frank
