Not a great experience. There were 6 employees behind the counter. It appears that they are more concerned with filling the “mobile orders”. I ordered my drink at 10:07am. I stated that it was “for here” so could I please have a real mug. The girl who took my order started looking around for a real mug and then had to ask another employee where they are that employee said “we aren’t doing real mugs”. Ok. (You’d think all the employees should know this information) There are 7 tables inside at this location. People who are waiting for their order sit at the tables making them unavailable for the people who are actually staying. My order was put up at 10:15am (8 minutes after ordering!) and when I say “put up” I mean the woman who made it put it in an area that was not accessible for me to get it and the guy working that end of the counter calling out the names didn’t get to it for 2 minutes because he was tending to the mobile orders. So, just to recap, it took a total of TEN MINUTES to get my drink. This place is VERY busy with mobile orders and should just be a drive-thru. It is not a pleasant experience to sit there with the door constantly opening and closing (at a rate of 9 times per minute!! Yes I took the data😆) and people standing all around you as you try to sit and relax. 👎🏻 And I’m sorry TEN MINUTES to get a TEA and then to not even get an “I’m sorry for the wait” or “Thank you, have a nice day” is just not a good way to do business. ~Jenna

Excellent. It's unfortunate that Starbucks corporate has removed the customer's ability to add their own cream, milk or sugar. Definitely voicing my thoughts on that to Starbucks. But coffee ☕ and service here was great! No drive through for those who Only prefer drive through. ~Jean

I received excellent customer service. I was kept aprised throughout my visit of recommended services. No pressure was given to do all of them. I will definitely go to this Jiffy Lube again. Services: Tires, Oil change ~Steven

They just charged me $153 dollars for $40 worth of gas I requested. Then made me come to their store rushed within one hour for the refund to be processed in the store with my card, but refused to make the situation right by filling my tank with the 25 miles of wasted gas I was triple charged for and then had to take an hour out of my day and drive completely out of the way back to this poor excuse of an establishment for them to process the refund when it was convenient for them (rushed and within one hour). I caution and warn anyone from getting gas from the fraudulent place that doesn’t actually care about making things right in replenishing the wasted gas I was forced into using to get there within an hour and leave my work to do so. So in turn, not only lose time and gas in my day, but also work dollars. I will never be returning here. GET YOUR GAS SOMEPLACE ELSE where you can hand over your hard earned money with the comfort knowing that it will be processed properly the first time. ~Gabe

I had another great experience with King's last week. Robert and team gave our car a 100,000 mile checkup, oil change, and rear brake job. Robert kept me posted throughout the process and I was able to pick up our car right when he said it would be ready. He also reviewed a concern I had about a potential control arm issue and confirmed that there was no work needed to that end. I will continue to trust King's with out auto maintenance and repair needs! Being a young female with a German car, I get SO anxious about bringing my car to a mechanic for two reasons: 1. Am I going to be taken advantage of price wise because of my lack of knowledge of cars? 2. Does the mechanic have enough knowledge on fixing German cars so he will not cause more damage to my car? Anyways, I brought my Audi here because it was having a lot of problems. The mechanic was so kind, knowledgeable and down to earth. He told me all the issues going on with my car as well as showed me. He broke everything down so I could fully understand the issues and what caused them. He was so honest and has a lot of compassion. The last mechanic I brought my car to completely butchered my car. Reading Square Service fixed everything and told me what will need to be done in the future. The pricing was beyond reasonable and am so grateful I brought my car there! I hightly recommend bringing your car here! I will be using Reading Square Service for all of my car maintenance in the future. It was 8pm on the dot and nobody but me around, still had coffee and donuts stacked, everything still working and this guy tells me closed. You couldn't just give me ONE donut out of the 75 donuts you are going to throw away anyways? Dunkin donuts wastes so much "food" its unbelievable. Theyd rather throw it in a dumpster than give it to a customer. ~Nathan
