I absolutely adore this location! Whenever I come here, I’ve notice that Sommer is always working! She is very courteous and on task. Her worth ethic and customer service is outstanding, so much so that she knows my order by heart. I feel like more than a customer when Sommer takes my order, and it seems like my drinks always tastes better when she makes them!!!

Not a great experience. There were 6 employees behind the counter. It appears that they are more concerned with filling the “mobile orders”. I ordered my drink at 10:07am. I stated that it was “for here” so could I please have a real mug. The girl who took my order started looking around for a real mug and then had to ask another employee where they are that employee said “we aren’t doing real mugs”. Ok. (You’d think all the employees should know this information) There are 7 tables inside at this location. People who are waiting for their order sit at the tables making them unavailable for the people who are actually staying. My order was put up at 10:15am (8 minutes after ordering!) and when I say “put up” I mean the woman who made it put it in an area that was not accessible for me to get it and the guy working that end of the counter calling out the names didn’t get to it for 2 minutes because he was tending to the mobile orders. So, just to recap, it took a total of TEN MINUTES to get my drink. This place is VERY busy with mobile orders and should just be a drive-thru. It is not a pleasant experience to sit there with the door constantly opening and closing (at a rate of 9 times per minute!! Yes I took the data😆) and people standing all around you as you try to sit and relax. 👎🏻 And I’m sorry TEN MINUTES to get a TEA and then to not even get an “I’m sorry for the wait” or “Thank you, have a nice day” is just not a good way to do business.

Do yourself a favor get the Starbucks app . I ordered 2 lattes and 2 breakfast sandwiches and I was there for 43 minutes . Is way better off ordering ahead . And I was on my way to a wedding . Mind you it took me 5 minutes to order . Waiting for my order to come up was painful .

This Starbucks is "Mobile Order Only" right now. Don't waste your time coming unless you already placed an order.

I only keep coming back, because the location is convenient. 9 out of 10 times my order is incorrect. I always say something, but they seem to make it my fault. Sorry, but if the label says light ice, don't fill it up with ice. I only order Venti specialty coffees with 4 shots of espresso. Not my fault the person taking my order made a mistake. This is the reason why i go out of my way to visit the Somerville Starbucks on Somerville Ave. That manager, David is doing it right. #starbucks

Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks! Immediately greeted as I walked. The guy at the register was super courteous and helpful! Entire team was great! WOW!

It's a Starbucks. I love their coffee but I'm knocking off stars because they spend more time on online orders. I sat in line for over 5 minutes. There were only 3 people ahead of me. They need more staff on by 6am. I'll need to find somewhere else to get coffee.

I'm a Starbucks regular all up and down the East Coast, but this visit was notably pleasant. The customer in front of me was confused about how many shots go into a certain drink, so the cashier patiently walked them through it and helped them to a decision. I knew exactly what I wanted, and they were just as friendly to me. I also incidentally really like the layout of this location - great access to power outlets and an outdoor seating area to boot.
