Got my oil changed there. Shortly after I started to get a low oil pressure light. Took my truck to the dealer and they said that whoever did my last oil change replaced the o ring on oil pan plug with an o ring that was too small. Yes cause me to lose almost all of my oil and could have destroyed my engine. Never again.

I've been going to jiffy lube for a little over 2 years now with the work vehicle. Jiffy lube in general is good at what they do and I am happy with the service. This Reading location is the most professional one I have gotten an oil change from. The staff is super friendly and well-educated.

it's the typical jiffy lube. they over sell on maintenance and scare naive customers into allowing more unnecessary services done. don't hate the technicians there, I think they are very personable, knowledgable, and realistic... but the corporate practices are the benchmark of shady service center. I have a brand new car and I didn’t have time to go to the dealer for a oil change so stopped by jiffy lube on my way home from work. When I pulled up they were all standing around not doing much of anything but I could smell a strong smell of marijuana. At that point I should have left but I was at 5% oil life and really needed to get it done. Well that was a mistake because when I got home and went to leave the next morning I noticed a good size oil spot in my driveway. I brought my car to the dealer ship and they told me that my oil drain plug was just about ready to fall out.

I brought my car for oil change a couple of days ago. I asked them to check my coolant level and fill it up, but they said it was fine. 10 minutes after I picked up the car it started overheating. I checked the coolant level and there was NO coolant in the car. I was lucky I didn't do any damage to the engine. I am not sure what they did but my mechanic suggested they probably drained the collant and didn't put any back in. Never going there again!!!!
