I was in a real bind and needed service. Even though they were booked out I was able to leave my car. As luck would have it they were able to tend to my car the same day. Most other shops would not have been so understanding and accommodating. I have used Kings in the past as well and they are really top notch mechanics and a great place to support. I had another great experience with King's last week. Robert and team gave our car a 100,000 mile checkup, oil change, and rear brake job. Robert kept me posted throughout the process and I was able to pick up our car right when he said it would be ready. He also reviewed a concern I had about a potential control arm issue and confirmed that there was no work needed to that end. Had a 100k mile service completed at Kings. They walk me through the process and ask if I wanted a timing belt replaced which should happen in 105,000 mi. They didn't push me, they gave me a quote for all services and we talked it through and decided to do it. I was very pleased that these guys and did a great job and completed it in the short amount of time I needed my car back.
