These people watch you like a hawk the second you walk-in. Makes me uncomfortable even though I go in and purchase something every single time. Feel like I'm being treated as a thief or criminal. Never going back again. Don't spend money where you don't feel welcome. ~Rad

Loved this place. Appreciated that masks were required. There’s a back part to the space that I also missed at first glance. There was a very nice person that somehow knew every inch of that store when I had questions. There is a great variety of delicious food items and helpful tools (ie pots, pans, bowls and more) for dining and gifting. ~Alejandra

I just bought a pair of suede boots from Nidia before my flight home. After three days of canceled flights and poor customer service from the airlines (ahem... Delta...) working with Nidia was truly a breath of fresh air. She was knowledgeable, helpful and patient with me, even offering her style opinion when I asked for it. Johnston & Murphy clearly prioritizes excellent service (they are shipping my old pair of shoes to my house, free of charge) and Nidia clearly epitomizes this value. I visited your store yesterday (Thursday, 5/28) to exchange two items, and happened upon a sale I hadn't known about. "Carol" was extremely kind and helpful. I wanted to buy a black jacket, size 12P, to match the black slacks I was exchanging and, bless her heart, Carol called stores across the country to find a Talbots that had one in stock. She must have spent half an hour helping me — in the middle of a busy sale — and finally found one. And because of the sale I got 30% off, so a $279 jacket cost me only $189 or so. Such a deal! Now I have a black pantsuit I can wear anywhere (I hope for no funerals in the near future). Carol is wonderful. Kudos to her. Please note in her personnel file. I'll definitely be back. You need to update your hours on here. This store is not open 24 hours. It closes at 10p.m and not sure what time they reopen I don't think it's ever the same. That would be helpful especially to the people who live around there. ~Jesateaze

Since the new manager Jeremiah took over the store is looking great! I use to go there and there was always carts of freight in the aisles and it was hard to maneuver around to the product. Jeremiah has it looking great ! very friendly staff as well. ~sue

Solid dollar store. Super friendly cashier. Hair bands I got for my all keep breaking, almost as if they were old or stale. Other purchases were all fine. The checkout clerk is superwoman. She cleaned up a burst 64 oz. soda bottle lickity split! Big smile. She was patient with customers whose English was not strong, too. I almost gave five stars because of her. ~Jim
