8 Best womens clothing store in Brooklyn, New York (NY) 2024

I just read the last review that spoke about how long the line was and nothing has changed. I’ve been on line for almost 45minutes now and the line is wrapped around the store. They didn’t bother to add more cashiers or anything. I’m so close to leaving. ~Kimberlay

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Clothes are cool but it's not worth the depressing customer service you get from girls who HATE their job and have a constant attitude like if you don't like to be a cashier LEAVE. You are losing REVENUE HELLOOOO! GREAT customer service gets you more customers which means more recommendations and more money. BAD SERVICE will make people go somewhere else! Hard working people do not want to get off of a long day of work and be given attitude by some chick who hates her job. Lord. ~None

It's a great place to shop, period. Lot's of interesting finds. If Marshall's workers or higher read this, please explain to me, why in the world is the line to 12 cashiers, 12! is always stand still 200 people that stretches to the end of the store. With stuffy air, AC feels 76-77 and during the pandemic and still now. Time is the most valuable thing people have and you disrespect it, greatly. Also consider people with medical conditions/disability and kids. Ever consider making the couple left side cashiers Express check out? Some people have 1-2 things and wait 2 hours. It's a good store it has everything. I mean everything. Prices are excellent. The clothes are brand name, some not. I like going there I always find what I want. ~Christine

Was in the more with to of the people I support and there was a shooting scare which at the time we heard that someone was in the mall shooting and when I tell u every employee on that shift down the the manager had the store lock down and everyone hiding in the back I was amazed and not to mention the ladies I was with was both in wheelchair and scared and they did amazing.... thank you soooooooo much for everything ~Mandi

The cheap that become expensive! Their clothes are disposable. I used this jumpers only ONCE and I washed it on delicates. Then the seam near the handle came undone: result of poor quality clothing. A week later I went back to change it and the lady working there refused to take it back and give me a new one. She said I did not buy it in this way. No respect with the customer if you sale disposable clothes that can’t be washed even one time. WASTE OF MONEY ~Kamila

Went to this location to return a sweater (purchased from the same location) and was rudely told by the Cashier that $3 dollar items can't be returned or exchanged, THERE ARE NO SIGNS ANYWHERE IN THE STORE STATING THIS! Receipt says to see store for details & the in store Return Policy sign states returns to original form within 7 days with tags attached & receipt; I HAD BOTH! Cashier said "It doesn't matter if it's within time or if tags are attached, if it's $3 or $5 you can't return it". I HAD TWO $3 ITEMS!! There's no fitting rooms so if you buy something that doesn't fit your stick with it! This store chain is notorious for changing return rules on the spot! My purchase was made 6/20/22, I attempted to return today 6/22/2022 well within the time frame. Ladies, unless you are 100% sure you will keep what you buy then don't bother! You will end up being stuck with items that don't fit or are damaged. Changing your mind is not an option either! Once they have your money that's it, but that seems to be part of the plan of their business model. STAY AWAY!!! There are better options that won't rip you off! ~Taryn
