This Rainbow Clothing Store is located at the D Kings Highway Subway Station, it is by E16st and Kings Highway in Brooklyn. The clothing Store has women clothing's such as underwear, accessories, pants, lingerie, dress, tops, think tanks, shoes, socks and many more. The customers are moderate and I have never entered there before but I have stayed in front waiting for the bus for more than 30 minutes, and at the subway, while overlooking the clogging Store.

I went to this rainbow yesterday Agust 25 2022 the Manger of the store are to put my personal book bag and lunch bag with food down I told her why should I leave my lunch bag it's my food inside she said to me she's not going to eat it I look at everyone inside the store they all had they personal bags with them on my way out I told one of the workers your manager is the worst she made me feel bad he said no I'm not suppose to leave my personal bag or lunch bag I can take it with me this rainbow is no good the experience was horrible and rude to me she took her bad day on me why me I questioned why me out of everyone in the store why did I have to leave my bag 🎒 smh

Went to this location to return a sweater (purchased from the same location) and was rudely told by the Cashier that $3 dollar items can't be returned or exchanged, THERE ARE NO SIGNS ANYWHERE IN THE STORE STATING THIS! Receipt says to see store for details & the in store Return Policy sign states returns to original form within 7 days with tags attached & receipt; I HAD BOTH! Cashier said "It doesn't matter if it's within time or if tags are attached, if it's $3 or $5 you can't return it". I HAD TWO $3 ITEMS!! There's no fitting rooms so if you buy something that doesn't fit your stick with it! This store chain is notorious for changing return rules on the spot! My purchase was made 6/20/22, I attempted to return today 6/22/2022 well within the time frame. Ladies, unless you are 100% sure you will keep what you buy then don't bother! You will end up being stuck with items that don't fit or are damaged. Changing your mind is not an option either! Once they have your money that's it, but that seems to be part of the plan of their business model. STAY AWAY!!! There are better options that won't rip you off!

This store was truly amazing. The Manager was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was able to complete my shopping without a hitch. The Manager should be commended for his above standard customer service. The staff was great in ensuring that the lines moved quickly. This will be the only Rainbow shop I will use in the future. Happy Customer

Not all merchandise is of a truly good quality, and some isn't returnable (e.g. accessories, which generally isn't of a good quality, so don't waste your money). Some clothes is okay quality, but there's no fitting rooms. You only have 7 days if you didn't like the item and want your money back. Prices aren't expensive, but don't expect superior quality - if that happened, you probably had to look for an okay item for awhile there. At this particular store the staff needs customer service training and perhaps how to handle merchandise. The way some girls fold it at the register before placing it into a bag for you is if it's rather going to a garbage can. One of the girls was actually eating her lunch and didn't bother to wash her hands once she was done... Apparently using the stores' merch instead of a napkin is how she's used to do things. Replacing staff would probably be wiser, also hiring a buyer who knows more about quality of natural materials vs. synthetic. Also with a better taste...

Kept being followed by some weird guy that works there! I think he was the manager …. I even had to ask are you ok ? I don’t steal, nor do I need to steal I work very hard. It makes people very uncomfortable to shop. Then when he seen me go to the cashier he stop following me . I even had my work uniform on because I just got off. Never again!!

This is a very unprofessional establishment. I've been working here for 3 months now. I called out 2 days because I wasn't feeling too well. {I wasn't getting many hours of work either to being with} because The Manager Nour gives more hours to other workers. The manager Nour took it upon himself to completely remove me from the work schedule without letting me know about any of it... Basically fired me. Given I had to hear all this from a co-worker who quit because Nour did the same thing to them. I let him know before the new schedule was made that I was feeling better and ready to work. Communication with this guy is not there. Very unprofessional on his end. Overall I wouldn't recommend anyone work or shop here. He was telling all the other co-workers that I quit rather than being upfront with them and me and saying he fired me. If you could avoid this location at all times I would recommend you do so. If I could give this no stars I would as well.

I love Rainbow stores but this location was the worst experience I've been through so my purchases ranged up to a price tag of some 19 dollars and change though today the store was having a Clearance sale..I'm like okay bought them anyway to make matters worst the cashier had a issue with my debit card and had the nerve to ask me for my ID I'm like really lady..Is this regular procedure? Not going here anymore! But the things I bought are cute👍

It is an ok experience. They don't have a fitting room which means I have to return items alot but their plus size section has a good selection of trendy items plus size women should be pleased. If you have a good eye for fashion, despite the price you can create fashionable outfits on a budget.
