TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Clothes are cool but it's not worth the depressing customer service you get from girls who HATE their job and have a constant attitude like if you don't like to be a cashier LEAVE. You are losing REVENUE HELLOOOO! GREAT customer service gets you more customers which means more recommendations and more money. BAD SERVICE will make people go somewhere else! Hard working people do not want to get off of a long day of work and be given attitude by some chick who hates her job. Lord.

I wish I could get in touch with the owner because my sisters had such a terrible experience with one of the cashiers who was very rude and wanted to fight them because she was on the phone while at the register where she had a long line. She wouldn’t service them and proceeded to talk on her phone while having multiple customers wait in line.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I get it, it's Mandee, not some luxurious store but hiring such staff is deplorable. No masks during mask mandate, you ask the cashier to wear it they laugh at you (I have a photo of the person in question), you ask them how long the store card is going to last, you get a "eh, a few months", "like how many months?", "Eh a few months, I just told you!" And this went on for a good 10minutes. All the staff is rude, lazy and with an horrible attitude. If you hate your job, your life or whatever, just go so something else, you ll do everyone else a favour. Try harder when hiring, please.

I have been shopping at Mandee’s for years but this was my first time visiting this location . My experience was nothing less than pleasant. I needed assistance with putting outfits together for an upcoming vacation and the help I received was everything. The staff member that assisted me was informative, kind , stylish, and most importantly patient. My checkout process was just as smooth as the cashier ensured that I left satisfied . I cannot wait for a reason to go somewhere so that I can shop here again !
