Best car rental agency in Queens, New York (NY) 2024

Reserved vehicle and was dissatisfied with service. First I paid for an upgrade and the vehicle they tried to assign to me should not have even been in the fleet. It was white with scratches all over and missing a hub cap. How is this even acceptable. Not to mention the staff was unwilling to upgrade me free of charge to a more suitable vehicle nor were they willing to discount my reservation. I immediately canceled my reservation and went to the enterprise on Queens Blvd which was A+ service and nice vehicles. This location is a joke run by young unprofessionals. Take your money elsewhere because this place is for the birds or maybe trap. ~Regina

Keep away from this place!!!!!! Car broke down 1 hour after rental. Spent 3 days trying to get a replacement. Company literally was willing to do nothing. Kept passing me off to call center located in the Caribbean. Wound up having to literally rent a completely new car from another company and pay double for the weekend. Also missed several appointments that I booked months in advance. Beyond disappointed!!!!! Definitely find a different agency. ~B

Outstanding professionals, I never rented a car before. I went to 218 street , Queens Village location. I was in a car accident and my insurance recommended Enterprise car rental. I was very impressed from the time that I called the location and the person who answered the phone, very polite and professional and reliable. No wait time on the phone all my calls was returned with information that I requested. Wow, when I went in the location to pick up my car. I was very impressed with the service and got the model i requested. I personally work in High End Retail and i saw and recognized the service at this location. When I return my car, happen to meet with the location Manager Ryan, I met above and beyond services. Even I spoke to the representative from the back office operations and was very pleased. I drive safely and respect the company policy and return my rental in excellent condition. I hope Enterprise is providing all resources so these employees can continue what they are doing. I wanted to share my experience with enterprise rental in Astoria because I rent cars often and I don't always get this kind of service. Kevin especially was super helpful and made the process super easy and fast. He also took the time to check on me after I took the car to make sure everything was fine and that I did not need anything else, which I really appreciated. The return was easy and quick as well and Kevin explained everything that I would get charged for so no bad surprises. Totally recommend! Thanks again Kevin for everything! ~Melanie
