I wish i could give this place a zero star! The worst customer service ever! From the girl infront and Even the manager was rude(the guy that worked on 08/02)!! They gave my car I reserved to someone else and tell me "it is what it is I can't help you they're other enterprise around go to one of them)! Freaking rude they didn't even attempt to help! He didn't even get up from the chair he was sitting on in the back to assist me! I will never set foot in that place again! And will let my company know to stop doing business with these rude people!

As a NYC First Responder and NYSDHS personnel , Silver customer of Enterprise to get treatment as you are scammer or criminal is very upsetting to me where I lost my credit card and I am using my debit card with my utility bill , pay stub and other personal documents that i feel is a integrity issue and it’s very uncomfortable to have this bad customer experience with some policy that was targeted to me I rented numerous cars from this location and never had this problem now you telling me that I have to change my license to order to rent a car I can’t have two address with utility bill . I had to call my insurance company for a verification to show a bill payment and other personal documents no this is truly unfair at a trouble time for me with a family death . My state city agency have a contract agreement with enterprise and I feel that Fleet city agency need to know how I got treated because this can happen to any of us as ranking officials .

Khadir the service rep was excellent in answering all my questions and he gave me the best deals possible to fit my needs. He was kind and courteous and was excellent at his job.

Reserved vehicle and was dissatisfied with service. First I paid for an upgrade and the vehicle they tried to assign to me should not have even been in the fleet. It was white with scratches all over and missing a hub cap. How is this even acceptable. Not to mention the staff was unwilling to upgrade me free of charge to a more suitable vehicle nor were they willing to discount my reservation. I immediately canceled my reservation and went to the enterprise on Queens Blvd which was A+ service and nice vehicles. This location is a joke run by young unprofessionals. Take your money elsewhere because this place is for the birds or maybe trap.

I loved how easy the process to get you into a car was. I went in there expecting lots of drama and push back like in the past. It was such a pleasant experience and the folks were very friendly and well informed regarding the vehicles they carry. Excellent customer service 👏

They got a car back and just quick cleaned in front of me. my insurance claim last day was Thursday—- I was returning the car Fri, they said just return it Monday.. I shouldn’t have listened because I was charged. This is the worst enterprise. I’ve seen.

Car is good and clean no problem. Checking out was also amazingly done. I will book again with them for sure! Highly recommend!
