Came to swap a rental Samantha a white woman told me the car wasn’t in my name. She didn’t even ask me my name. Simple insurance upgrade turned Karen. She refused to help me simple because I didn’t look like someone worth helping. It’s a shame they told it will only take 5-10 min to swap out this lady refused to help me without asking my last name to look me up. White women get it together. I don’t have time for this Samantha please stop being racist and do your job! If you are black please do not come here when Samantha is here she will treat you like sh*t

I want to tell you to be careful if you want to rent their car for your important schedule. I rented their car two days earlier for my important meeting, but the car didn't even open that day, I was late for my very important meeting and I had to use Uber. But they didn't even show up to solve the problem. The worst rental car company.

Kevin especially was super helpful and made the process super easy and fast. He also took the time to check on me after I took the car to make sure everything was fine and that I did not need anything else, which I really appreciated. The return was easy and quick as well and Kevin explained everything that I would get charged for so no bad surprises. Totally recommend! Thanks again Kevin for everything!

My son found chocolate frosted donuts underneath passenger side seat, when one rolled out at a red light hahaha. In the era a COVID-19? Really? I definitely smelled whatever they spray to disinfect, but doesn’t the vehicle need to be cleaned as well? Cmon, Enterprise!

I rent cars often for work and was very pleased with the service I received. I was fortunate to get a brand new 2020 vehicle, which was a little nerve-wracking but the car was in incredible condition. I returned the vehicle early on Monday morning prior to work and it took less than 10 minutes total. The prices were fair and there were no surprises during the check-in/check-out process. The $250 deposit (required for all rentals) was waived from my VISA credit card within 3 business days (although I have heard that other cards may be a little slower). Overall very happy with Enterprise and this location! Definitely recommend. The fleet is beautiful maintained, the staff is professional, and the rental process is transparent.
