Regarding Enterprise, Queens Village...they had me from "...hello, welcome to enterprise, I'm here to pick you up...". This location literally delivered a trifecta of services. The distinctively positive vibe/cheerful atmosphere...the entire staff (especially how they interacted w/each other)...AND the menu of vehicle options (OMG the selection). The icing on the cake is discovering that Maria and Ryan are the leaders of this remarkable team. Both representatives were a reassuring comfort immediately following an unfortunate and traumatic incident. We are very grateful.

Rented a pickup truck for a family vacation . The pickup had a commercial license plate witch made it impossible to park the car in the committee. I also had issued with the brakes , I was told that the rental company will exchange for another car that never happened.

Outstanding professionals, I never rented a car before. I went to 218 street , Queens Village location. I was in a car accident and my insurance recommended Enterprise car rental. I was very impressed from the time that I called the location and the person who answered the phone, very polite and professional and reliable. No wait time on the phone all my calls was returned with information that I requested. Wow, when I went in the location to pick up my car. I was very impressed with the service and got the model i requested. I personally work in High End Retail and i saw and recognized the service at this location. When I return my car, happen to meet with the location Manager Ryan, I met above and beyond services. Even I spoke to the representative from the back office operations and was very pleased. I drive safely and respect the company policy and return my rental in excellent condition. I hope Enterprise is providing all resources so these employees can continue what they are doing. Thanks Ryan and Team🙏🏽

I'm never disappointed; prompt service, clean car and the attentiveness is impeccable. The price isn't bad either. I never rent from anywhere else. However, Queens village is my favorite location, never disappointed!! Trust, I've been disappointed; arrived and denied a car at another location in the past!

I would most definitely come back to this location and recommend to anyone whose interested in renting. Plus, unlimited mileage is amazing! Most rental locations don’t provide that.

I rented from them the 1st of June, after getting into a car accident, they gave me the car with the service light on, and questioned it but the rep said it was fine nothing was wrong with the car. Unfortunately the mechanic working on my car had it longer than expected actually still has my car, however I returned the car full and cleaned on July 29 only to find out today while I called Geico for my accident claim that Maria B from enterprise on put a claim to geico saying I damaged the struts of the car ... They Are Liars
