Mo was very accommodating, professional and very sweet. When a rowdy customer came in and wouldn’t calm down, she and the other staff handled the situation accordingly and came back to me in a timely manner and answered all questions I had.

Keep away from this place!!!!!! Car broke down 1 hour after rental. Spent 3 days trying to get a replacement. Company literally was willing to do nothing. Kept passing me off to call center located in the Caribbean. Wound up having to literally rent a completely new car from another company and pay double for the weekend. Also missed several appointments that I booked months in advance. Beyond disappointed!!!!! Definitely find a different agency.

The most unprofessional enterprise I have been to. They tried to railroad my husband and refused to accept a rental return and threatened to file a claim for a missing wheel hubcap which in turn resulted in me having to drive to Brooklyn ( I live less than 10 minutes from this location) to return the car. At the Brooklyn location, they were kind and informed us that this enterprise lied to our face and informed us to take it back there since it would have been a hassle for us to get home from Brooklyn. When we returned to this location, all of a sudden, they are able to accept the car and denied any and all claims they made to my husband initially. Their lack of knowledge and unprofessionalism inconvenienced us in the worst way. This situation could have been handled with a simple phone call but they refused. Instead, there were a bunch of people there with nasty attitudes who could care less about providing quality customer service to members of this community. I suggest enterprise work with is location specifically so they are on the same page as the other locations. This location is the only one to give us problems, as this is a second isolated incident in less than a week. Do better.

I booked a reservation and asked if it was okay for me to bring in certain documents and reserve a car and two different people told me the same thing and said yes . I come in to the location the next day a little late I tried contacting them and nobody was answering the phone I was on hold for an hour and nobody was able to help . When I walked in the manager Monae said that the documents I brought it weren’t useful for me to pick up the car . Monae was acting very nonchalant as if she didn’t care about anything going on . Monae had a very bad attitude and answered back with no care every time I asked a question . Worst experience ever after I sat on the phone with two different employeess that were caring and trying to help . I don’t recommend this location to nobody . Very few selection of cars all they had was a pick up truck which is horrible . 0 stars for effort , 0 starts for customer service . I wish Monae would of gave her employees proper training as far as what to say to customers .
