For some reason they can't keep receipt paper full. When you have kids in car the last thing you want to do is unload everyone to go get a receipt that should be displayed at pump ~Mary

These guys make me laugh. They literally have no idea what their doing! Like they just make it up as they go. The one guy he was one of the ones there when I went in Jan to get my phone. He of course lied and told us the phone was still on promotion only to find out he lied let's go ahead and blame poor training on that one but hey who cares right cause they aren't paying for it. I'd do anything for the sale too if I was on mostly commission pay. Well there you have it. T freaking mobile. Where no one really knows what they're doing and the customer service reps make it up as they lie along with it. Lie now fix it later type of business. Don't do it! Go to Verizon ~Heather

I was really impressed by all the things staples has not just office supplies.i needed ink I got it. I needed paper got it. The staff are nice and helpful. Now there is a restroom and handicap assesable. But please remember covid. ~Cheryl

I worked with Bonnie to find and reserve a trailer. Although all the local trailers we could use were booked, Bonnie was able to find, reserve, and complete a transaction for us at the Canton store, and even went on to provide address, phone number and other important details--great job! I called to schedule an appointment to get some work done on my shadow. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude, told me that this was a Yamaha/ Suzuki dealership and I would have to take my bike somewhere else. I have had the bike serviced there for last 3 years and the previous owner since was purchased new in 94.... Never again!!!! ~Jeff

Literally every single time we go there, they forget something. Tonight we got a combo that came with fries and a biscuit and we got neither. I ordered an addition biscuit and we didn’t get that. So I went up to get my stuff get home and the fries are cold and old. The chicken tenders were the same: cold and old. Like come on. I get it people make mistakes and thing happen but this happens EVERY single time. I’m done going there. I took about a 6 month break after going once a week, I don’t think I will return. The people are pleasant though. ~Casey
