We came her for my father in-laws 70th Birthday! Half the Family came down from Dublin OH and we came up from Pomeroy OH. The food was really good over all, the tarter sauce with the fish and chips was a little sweet as well as the chicken stir fry, but minus that it was really good. It had a cozy atmosphere, the waitress was a super nice, on top of everything and provided excellent service! ~Andrew

After an immediate email response to my negative review, I called the number in the email. This number informed me that I would be on a brief hold. After being on hold for a minute, the hold music stopped. Was I still on hold?? Waited for a minute. Hung up. Called back. Same thing. Waited on silent hold for two more minutes. Then a fast busy signal; followed by disconnect. Tried a 5th third time :)....same thing. Finally got a person at the national level to talk to about a lapse in security at my branch, and reported it. Someone finally called me from the branch to talk about it. She was very friendly and helpful but getting help on the corporate level was absurdly difficult. ~Mark

My parents kindly wrote me a small check to help cover a bill I had coming out. I would have just went to my bank but I figured it would be easier to just go to Standing Stone. I went and gave them my ID but the woman refused to cash the check and told me to go to my bank. My parents had the money in the account so I’m not sure why this was a problem for the teller. She never called my parents to verify the check, she never asked me any questions or even offered to open an account for me, she just refused giving no reason and told me to go to my bank. Not sure why my parents still bank here. ~Sarah

Great selection of products at a decent price. I like the fact that they put the coolers in with Frozen foods and other cold foods. ~Dave

This little Shop is amazing. If you are driving through Lancaster, or on your way to Hocking Hills (old man's cave) you should take a few minutes to stop by and check this one out. They are just a block off RT 33 on Main Street. ~Travis

Excellent service. My only complaint is , I wish they had told me about picking up my rebate form in store. I'd never been in a Menards and didn't know to do so. I figured it was part of the pamphlet the checkout handed me.Now I have to download and print off the form, not everyone has a printer and it can't be submitted online. 👎 Again other than that I'm very happy with the service here. I called to see if they had an item in store, they did, I was in and out in ten minutes. 👍 ~Leep

If I can give this store zero Stars that's what it's worth this place is disgusting nasty there's product all on the floor people kicking things all over the place. The shells are so bare it's pitiful and the lines go all the way back to the cooler section. Here's the funny thing there's always three people in the store one on the register and always two people in the office on their cell phones doing nothing. This store needs to be looked at investigated or the whole staff needs to be fired because this is a bad store to shop at. If I knew Google was going to ask me how I felt about this store I would have took pictures my next adventure into the Dollar tree I will post pictures ~Terry

I LOVE THIS STORE! But let's talk about the sushi,- These group of people who make the sushi are AMAZING! They are always nice, sushi is always AWESOME!! Please give them a shout out for me because they all deserve it :) thanks for going the extra mile in your sushi skills <3 ~Gooser
